May iOS Test

Please complete the following tests and then complete this survey.

Updates to Exercise ID

The newest version of Exercise ID can identify many uncalibrated moves. Exercise ID works best for certain moves:

  • exercise has wrist motion greater than half a foot
  • tempo is greater than 1.5s : 0s : 1.5s : 0s
  • wrist movement is consistent from rep to rep
Tempo Example: For Bench Press, this translates to 1.5 seconds on the way down, 0.5 second pause at the bottom, 1.5 seconds to drive from the bottom, and 0.5 second to reset. This minimum tempo varies from exercise.
Consistency Example: For Air Squats, keep your wrists moving in the same repetitive motion. Try to not change your wrist position even when you're tired.
