Best practices for logging load (weight) for dumbbell exercises

As your Atlas product senses your exercises, you will use various methods and logging options to log your workouts.

When it comes to logging your load for dumbbells you will want to log the weight for ONE of the dumbbells, not the weight of both dumbbells added together.

By logging the weight of a singular dumbbell, you will be able to track your progress efficiently with the weight you are using.
