The Atlas smartphone app is designed to organize your fitness in three pillars. Insights, Workouts, and Log.

Insights provides easy access to your current recovery, muscle fatigue, and recent workout sessions.

Use workouts to create, edit, and plan future workouts. This is where you create your plan and routine for the gym.

All workouts added to your Workout Library are synced to your Atlas Multi-Trainer.

Use your log to see a journal of your fitness journey including your workouts, sleep, daily activity, calories, and more.
