If your Atlas Multi-Trainer sync progress restarts and doesn't reach 100%

If you see the sync progress icon on your Atlas smartphone app restart before it reaches 100%, try to connect your devices again.

Unpair your devices, then pair them again

  1. On your smartphone, open the Atlas smartphone app, tap Insights, then tap your Profile at the top right corner of the screen. Under the Watch section, tap Advanced Settings, then tap Disassociate next to the watch that you want to unpair. Tap to confirm.
  2. On your smartphone, close the Atlas app and open your phone's bluetooth settings. Tap the "i" icon ⓘ next to the watch that you want to unpair, then tap Forget This Device. Tap again to confirm.
  3. Pair your Atlas Multi-Trainer and smartphone again.
